Grand staircase removed from Monmouth Beach, NJ victorian mansion. House was once owned by the Mott Family, founders of Mott apple sauce company. Owner demolished house in order to sell to developers who were planning on building 2 new homes on the land, a wonderful historic home is now gone. The staircase was too beautiful to see destroyed. Includes all balusters, newel posts, and railings. Was taken down in sections. Does not includes stairs etc, just railing assembly. Detailed measurements available upon request.
